Deceptive Practices: Misleading users into downloading files or offering fake incentives.
System Abuse: Attempting to interfere with our servers, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service for other users.

5. Earnings & Payouts

Earning Calculation

Earnings are calculated based on valid, unique downloads according to the rates published on our Payout Rates page. A download is considered "valid" after a unique user completes the entire download process. We reserve the right to discount or invalidate downloads we deem fraudulent.

Payouts

You can request a withdrawal once your balance meets the minimum threshold for your chosen method. All payouts are subject to a review for fraudulent activity, which may cause a delay. We are not responsible for fees charged by payment processors (e.g., PayPal fees).

In simple terms: You get paid for real downloads. We review all payout requests to prevent fraud.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we receive a valid notice of copyright infringement, we will promptly remove the specified content and notify the uploader. Users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights will have their accounts terminated. You can submit a DMCA notice through our DMCA page.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we may delete all your files and data. Any outstanding balance in your account will be forfeited if the termination is due to fraudulent activity.
