1 Acceptance of Terms & Right to Modify

Welcome to CloudFam.io (“CloudFam”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between CloudFam and you, whether you are a registered content uploader, affiliate publisher, commercial seller, or non-registered visitor accessing download gateways.

By registering an account, uploading or storing data, generating sharing links, configuring earning models, or accessing our content distribution networks, you expressly confirm that you have attained the age of majority in your legal jurisdiction (and are in no event under 18 years of age) and possess the full legal authority to enter into and abide by this Agreement.

Right to Update Terms at Any Time: CloudFam reserves the unilateral, exclusive right to revise, update, amend, or restructure any provision of these Terms of Service, payout schedules, monetization models, storage parameters, and operational rules at any time without mandatory prior individualized notice. Such amendments become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform, access to dashboard tools, or dissemination of sharing links following any posted update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Traffic Integrity, Mandatory Traffic Checks & Anti-Fraud

To maintain the high CPM remuneration rates provided to honest creators, CloudFam enforces enterprise-grade telemetry, algorithmic verification, and continuous fraud detection across all incoming traffic streams. Advertisers reward verified human engagement; consequently, the preservation of traffic authenticity is a non-negotiable prerequisite for monetization.

2.1 Mandatory Traffic Quality Audits

CloudFam reserves the express right to initiate a mandatory traffic check and quality investigation on any account at any time, prior to or during withdrawal processing, or upon algorithmic alert triggers. When an account is placed under a traffic check:

  • The publisher may be requested to document their traffic acquisition channels (e.g., public websites, social media channels, Telegram groups, software distribution forums).
  • Pending payout disbursements may be temporarily held in review for up to 14 business days while forensic log verification is completed.
  • Real-time telemetry, IP ASN data, user-agent fingerprints, viewport interaction events, and ad-network feedback will be audited against industry benchmarks.

2.2 Strictly Disallowed Traffic Sources

Under no circumstances may publishers direct artificial, fraudulent, or deceptive traffic to CloudFam download gateways, AdFlow landing bridges, or video players. The following practices are expressly forbidden:

  • Proxies, VPNs & Datacenter IPs: Using or purchasing traffic originating from commercial proxy networks, residential proxies, Tor exit nodes, VPN masking, or headless server farms.
  • Automated Bots & Emulators: Driving traffic via automated scripts, web spiders, headless browsers (Puppeteer, Selenium), macro-clickers, or auto-reload software.
  • Traffic Exchanges & Paid-to-Click (PTC): Generating link clicks or downloads via traffic exchange clubs, micro-task farms, incentivized click networks, or surf-bars.
  • Deceptive Overlays & Clickjacking: Embedding download or video links inside hidden iframes, deceptive pop-unders, fake cursor traps, forced-redirect malware, or deceptive browser extensions.
  • Self-Generated Downloads: Systematically clicking, downloading, or looping through your own monetized links or orchestrating artificial mutual-download rings.
Real-Time Quality Scoring: Publishers can observe their traffic health via the Traffic Quality hub in their user dashboard. Influxes of low-quality or proxy traffic result in automated traffic filtering (traffic credited at $0.00) and elevate the account to critical security risk.

3 Account Suspension, Banning & Zero-Payout Forfeiture

CloudFam maintains a zero-tolerance policy against bad actors who undermine platform integrity, abuse infrastructure, or jeopardize relationships with payment and advertising partners.

3.1 Grounds for Immediate Account Termination

CloudFam reserves the absolute right to immediately freeze, restrict, ban, or permanently terminate any user account, blacklist associated IP addresses and payment credentials, and revoke platform access without advance notice upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Irrelevant, Fraudulent or Bot Traffic: If our automated detection or human auditors determine that an account generates proxy hits, bot impressions, fake conversions, or manipulated views.
  • Prohibited or Illegal Content: Uploading malware, phishing kits, copyrighted files following DMCA notice, adult illegalities, or exploitation content.
  • Multiple Account Circumvention: Creating duplicate accounts to evade traffic quotas, bypass bans, or manipulate referral bonuses.
  • Abuse of Infrastructure: Executing DDoS attacks, reverse engineering APIs, attempting server intrusion, or running unauthorized bulk automated scrapers.
UNCONDITIONAL FORFEITURE OF EARNINGS WITHOUT PAYOUT: If an account is suspended or terminated for fraudulent traffic, proxy usage, bot activity, prohibited content, or terms violations, all pending, approved, and accrued balances are forfeited in full with zero payout liability. CloudFam will not remit funds derived from or tainted by abusive practices under any circumstance, and forfeited revenues are refunded to defrauded advertisers or applied to offset infrastructure damages.

4 Storage Retention, Quotas & 30-Day Inactive File Purge

CloudFam operates distributed, ultra-fast multi-cloud storage clusters to deliver exceptional worldwide download speeds. To maintain high throughput and prevent abandoned data bloat across multi-petabyte clusters, an automated inactivity lifecycle policy is enforced across all accounts.

4.1 30-Day Inactivity Rule — Strictly No Exceptions

Any file hosted on CloudFam that receives zero (0) verified downloads within a continuous period of 30 days will be automatically and irreversibly purged from our storage infrastructure:

  • Zero Exceptions: The 30-day inactivity purge applies universally to all file extensions, content types, and categories without exception, including ebooks, PDFs, documents, audio files (MP3, FLAC), software archives, and media.
  • Inactivity Calculation: The 30-day countdown begins from the timestamp of the last completed download. If a file is uploaded and never downloaded, the countdown begins from the exact upload timestamp.
  • Irreversible Deletion: Once purged by the automated maintenance system, files cannot be recovered or restored under any circumstances.
  • Publisher Backup Duty: CloudFam is a distribution and monetization network, not a permanent cold-backup archive. Uploaders bear sole responsibility for maintaining local redundant copies of all uploaded materials.
Keep Your Content Active: To prevent automatic deletion, files must generate at least one valid download every 30 days. Shared links that go dormant will naturally lapse and be removed by our scheduled purge cycles.

4.2 Account Storage Quotas

Registered accounts receive a generous base storage allocation (typically 300 GB to 500 GB depending on active publisher status). When storage usage reaches 80% or greater, visual indicators appear within the user dashboard. Uploaders requiring multi-terabyte dedicated pools may acquire additional capacity via the Extra Storage portal.

5 Monetization Frameworks & Publisher Earnings

CloudFam provides publishers with three distinct, cutting-edge monetization models tailored to different audience preferences. Publishers can toggle their operational model dynamically from the Monetization Models settings page:

Monetization Model Visitor Journey & Mechanics Payout Trigger Rate Structure
Standard PPD
Visitors navigate a multi-step gateway with countdown timers and ad displays before reaching the direct download link. 100% completed, verified file download. Tiered Country Rates (Tier 1–5). Supports Adblocker Enforcement and Multiple Download boosters.
CloudFam AdFlow
Direct CPM monetization on visitor landing views without forcing visitors to complete complex multi-step download gateways. Unique clean visitor landing view on pre-download bridge pages. Dynamic CPM ($2.00 default rate or custom assigned CPM). Incompatible boosters are auto-disabled.
One-Page Direct Mode
Ultra-fast, single-page download gateway featuring a brief ~10-second timer. AdBlock and proxy users are handled silently without disruption. Direct single-page download click with verified countdown. $1.00 CPM ($0.001 per clean view). Clean, user-friendly experience.

5.1 Earning Boosters (Standard PPD Only)

Uploaders configured on the Standard PPD framework may enable modular earning boosters:

  • Adblocker Enforcement: Visitors utilizing ad-blocking software are prompted to disable their blocker or wait through an extended verification sequence before download initiation.
  • Multiple Download Booster: Permits earnings on repeat download transactions originating from the same unique IP address within an active 24-hour cycle.

6 Payout Protocols, Cycles & Withdrawal Rules

All publisher balances are accrued, calculated, and tracked in United States Dollars ($ USD). When your account reaches the required threshold for your chosen payment method, you may request a withdrawal from the dashboard.

6.1 Standard Payout Execution (Within 28 Hours)

Under standard operating conditions, standard payout requests are audited and disbursed within 28 hours of submission. In instances of scheduled banking holidays, cryptocurrency network congestion, or upstream gateway maintenance, administrative status alerts will be posted directly within the user dashboard.

6.2 Custom CPM Accounts (Monthly Settlement Cycle)

Publishers who have negotiated a Custom CPM rate on any monetization model operate under a structured monthly payout cycle:

Custom CPM 30-Day Audit Cycle: Withdrawal requests submitted on custom CPM agreements are reconciled on a 30-day schedule (e.g., requests lodged on the 1st day of a month clear on the 1st day of the subsequent month). This window is mandated by our partner ad networks for comprehensive viewability auditing, traffic validation, and chargeback reconciliation.

6.3 Accuracy of Payment Details

Publishers are solely responsible for ensuring that all payment addresses (e.g., UPI IDs, PayPal email addresses, USDT/TRC-20 wallet addresses, bank routing info) entered into their payout profile are accurate and active. CloudFam bears zero liability for disbursements lost or irrecoverable due to publisher clerical errors.

7 Digital Commerce & Paid File Selling System

CloudFam allows creators to activate Selling Mode on select files, turning standard download gateways into frictionless digital checkout points. In Selling Mode, general third-party banner advertisements and countdown gates are removed, and buyers pay your designated USD price to unlock immediate high-speed access.

7.1 Revenue Share & Platform Fee

For all successful transactions completed through the file selling gateway:

  • Platform Commission (15%): CloudFam retains a 15% platform processing fee to cover payment gateway interchange costs, bandwidth delivery, and buyer protection services.
  • Seller Revenue (85%): The creator receives 85% of the gross sale price credited directly to their seller ledger.

7.2 Rolling 48-Hour Escrow & 2-Day Withdrawal Clearances

To protect buyers against fraudulent file representations, corrupted data, or delivery failures, proceeds from digital sales are placed in escrow for 48 hours (2 calendar days). Once this clearance period elapses without disputed fraud, uploaders may initiate withdrawals of cleared funds every 2 days.

8 Video Streaming Hub Guidelines & Restrictions

CloudFam provides a high-performance Video Streaming Hub featuring adaptive web playback. Publishers utilizing video streaming must strictly comply with the following technical and operational limits:

  • Maximum Duration (40 Minutes): Video files processed for streaming playback must not exceed 40 minutes in duration. Videos exceeding this duration will be rejected for web transcoding and will function solely as standard file downloads.
  • Streaming Playback Verification: Streaming CPM earnings trigger only after a visitor completes a minimum of 5 seconds of verified, continuous video playback.
  • Player Modes: Creators may select between Stream Only (disables direct file download) or Stream + Download (offers both playback CPM and PPD completion rewards).

9 Prohibited Material & Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy

CloudFam maintains an unyielding stance against unlawful, predatory, malicious, or abusive materials. Any attempt to upload, distribute, or link to prohibited content will trigger immediate defensive actions.

ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Exploitation CloudFam actively scans and terminates any attempted hosting of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, or child exploitation content. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination, immediate permanent IP and hardware blacklisting, complete forfeiture of all balances, and immediate criminal referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), INTERPOL, and local federal law enforcement agencies worldwide.

9.1 Additional Categories of Strictly Banned Content:

  • Malware & Cyber-Threats: Trojans, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, botnet controllers, cryptocurrency miners, exploit kits, or malicious browser hijackers.
  • Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Recruitment propaganda, violent extremism, gore, or content advocating terrorist acts.
  • Personal Identity Theft & Doxxing: Stolen credit cards, bank account dumps, personal government IDs, private medical records, or unauthorized surveillance captures.
  • Unlawful & Counterfeit Goods: Software designed to commit credit card fraud, skimming guides, or illegal contraband marketing.

10 DMCA Compliance & Intellectual Property Protection

CloudFam complies fully with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). As an online storage and transmission provider, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to materials claimed to infringe copyright upon receipt of a legally compliant notice.

  • Submitting a Takedown Notice: Rights owners or designated legal representatives may submit formal infringement notices through our DMCA Center or directly by emailing [email protected].
  • Required Elements: Takedowns must include the copyrighted work identified, specific CloudFam URL(s) of the infringing file, owner contact details, a good-faith statement of non-authorization, and a signature under penalty of perjury.
  • Repeat Infringer Termination: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), CloudFam enforces a strict repeat-infringer policy. Users whose accounts accumulate multiple substantiated infringement notices will face permanent termination and forfeiture of access.

11 Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all associated services, features, download pipelines, and analytics are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime guarantees, or non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall CloudFam, its operators, directors, affiliates, or technical partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or server downtime resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
